DNE Laser USA Releases Efficiency Powerhouse D-Speed Fiber Laser

Faster, more efficient, more affordable, accurate cutting is here! DNE Laser USA is proud to release their newest efficiency powerhouse, the DNE D-Speed Fiber Laser, to the North American market. DNE Laser USA will showcase the D-Speed at FABTECH (October 21-23, Las Vegas, Nevada) in Linde Gas & Equipment’s Booth S32054.

As its name suggests, the DNE D-Speed Fiber Laser is built with a focus on fast cutting and optimal efficiency. The D-Speed was designed to meet and exceed the needs of today’s fabricators with faster cutting of thin and thick materials, up to 20kW of power, less downtime, more output---and a quick return-on-investment.

The D-Speed can achieve these goals with a solid 8MM plate steel frame and 7hz electrical filter to reduce vibration. With a sturdy frame constructed with solid steel plate and aerospace-grade aluminum cutting bridge, the new D-Speed boasts:

·      1.5G single-axis acceleration

·      150 m/min positioning speed

·      Up to 22% higher cutting efficiency on 1–3 mm sheet metal

·      Less vibration and more accurate cutting

In addition to fast cutting speeds, the D-Speed’s exchange tables offer simultaneous loading and unloading---delivering high batch production efficiency at an affordable price.

Designed to reduce non-cutting time and maximize productivity, the D-Speed allows manufacturers to achieve higher throughput with lower hidden costs for the long-term. The D-Speed was fabricated with a heat-treated 8MM steel frame, lighter crossbeam, and smarter motion control, along with a lower need for component replacements. The result is less downtime and more reliable long-term performance.

In addition to machine performance, the D-Speed includes a new sleek exterior design and smarter layout. This fiber laser includes rear control buttons that ensure easier and safer access for operators.
