The DNE D-Giant Laser is ready to make a substantial impression on American fabricators. With impressive power and huge processing dimensions, the D-Giant is capable of cutting lengths 12-40 meters with widths between 3-4 meters. This large laser cutting machine comes in many power options up to 30kW for faster cutting times on thicker materials. The D-Giant comes with a standard cutting head, with a bevel cutting head option available for more advanced cutting projects.  Both cutting head options feature a ‘Leap Frog’ feature that automatically senses obstructions on the cutting surface to avoid collisions.  The DNE D-Giant has ahigh speed and safe tracking enclosure that travels along the rails, and includes interlocked safety front and side sliding doors. All of these enormous capabilities are offered at a not-so-enormous price for fabricators who need a laser that delivers quality and value.

The DNE D-Giant offers features that guarantee safe, precise, and quality cutting of all your sheet metal parts. This laser is equipped with sectional dust extraction, safety tracking light curtains, and a lifting cutting head cover with a built-in camera. The camera allows the operator to watch the cutting process in real time. The cutting bridge moves inside of the cutting enclosure like a standard laser cutting machine until the bridge reaches 1000mm of travel.  When the bridge reaches 1000mm of travel, the movement of the cutting enclosure is activated to move along the rails another 1000mm, and this process continues until the entire cutting job is finished. This unique processing design allows for increased production and efficiency.
